History & Philosophy
CSI team has been at the service of Bangladesh’s Textile and Apparel Industry since the beginning named and titled as CSI ENGINEERS & CONSULTANTS LTD. Today, Bangladesh is the second largest producer of finished garments in the world and we are proud to be a part of this industry since its inception. Our purpose is to add value by offering updated technology solutions continuously in every industry segment in Bangladesh. Our constant focus is on enhancing the customer's investment yield as well as globally competitive quality of its output.
Our rich history guides our growth, and the possibilities are limitless in terms of the company we are yet to become. Upon evolving as a general CME (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical) contractor named as CSI CONSTRUCTIONS LTD, as a private Limited Company with a view to make significant contribution in the construction sector of the country remaining unchanged the present facilities, logistics support, Engineering strength and commitment, we had undertaken lots of challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how and experiences in design and building solutions, project management services, building trades and related engineering works.
In the year of 2017, we have boarded-on another entity in our family named and titled as CSI TRADING & CORPORATION remaining unchanged the strength & Commitment toward our valuable customer.
Our objective is to provide our valued clients with an “I am assured” experience when we are in chosen to execute their projects. Our emphasis on clear communication and follow-through procedures ensures that client’s objectives are of top priority in the planning and execution of all our processes.

Organization Structure
Management Team
The Business is driven by our two directors collectively with a team of Engineers, technicians, foremen while they accumulated more than 40 years of work experiences in building industry. They are involved in the business development, procurement, project management and administration of the company. The management team proactively gathers feedback, identities changes in business environment, reviews work progress and communicates key learning points and company policy to all staff at regular meetings.
Our People
Our people are crucial in the delivery of our services and solution to our clients. In order to ensure that everyone is equipped with the right skill, Knowledge and attitude, a comprehensive training program is put in place to constantly upgrade our people in technical and management skills. We believe firmly in providing the right training, accredited certification and practical knowledge for our people, in order for them to execute their duties and responsibilities confidently. Our aim is to stay relevant to the ever changing market place and client’s requirement.
